In May 2024, LumApps reached a major milestone by welcoming UK-based private equity firm Bridgepoint as a majority shareholder in a transaction valued at $650 million. This strategic partnership is designed to accelerate international growth, particularly in the United States, and to further strengthen product innovation with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
