As Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll be a strategic partner to our CHRO, defining and executing a world-class talent acquisition strategy. You will attract, engage, and retain top talent across all our business units (Corporate, Sales, Operations), leading a team of 15+ dedicated TA professionals. Your focus will be on fostering a data-driven approach, continuously enhancing our employer brand, and optimizing the candidate experience.

Your profile :
Experience: You have 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech scale-up or international environment. Experience across multiple business sectors (e.g., corporate, tech/product, sales, operations) is a plus.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using metrics to drive recruitment strategy.
Sourcing Expert: Proficient in outbound sourcing strategies and leveraging recruitment technologies/automation.
Brand Builder: Demonstrated success in enhancing employer branding and crafting exceptional candidate experiences.
Process Optimizer: Solid understanding of best practices in candidate evaluation and selection, with an eye for efficiency and objectivity.
Exceptional Leader & Coach: Outstanding leadership and coaching skills, with proven experience training managers in recruitment.
Strategic & Ingenious: A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovative talent solutions.
Communicator & Influencer: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing at all organizational levels.
Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and comfortable with change.
Languages: Fluent in English is essential. Spanish and/or French are a strong plus.
