About

🌍 Our mission

🔭 Stockly, a French Tech 120 company, is a tech-retail company solving the supply/demand mismatch in e-commerce.

  • With our technology, we connect in real-time e-commerce websites in need for stock with the inventory of hundreds of other retailers who have the same products available, and who can fulfill the order on their behalf.

  • E-retailers can keep selling products that are out-of-stock, while others can gain additional sales, in a seamless experience for the end-consumer.

🏆 Our mission is to create the world’s 1st globally shared inventory for e-commerce. To better understand what we do, check out our french pitch at BFMTV (🇫🇷), or our pitch at Techstars back in the days (🇬🇧).

📖 Our story

  • Stockly was founded in 2018 by Eliott Jabès & Oscar Walter (Telecom and ENS graduates) to tackle one of e-commerce’s biggest problems: lost revenue due to stock-outs.

  • Today, Stockly operates a network connecting hundreds of retailers across Europe, processing millions of e-commerce orders every year.

  • In early 2025, we raised €26M in Series B, a funding round led by 83North, alongside Eurazeo, Daphni, Anyma Capital, and existing investors, to accelerate our European expansion and scale our platform.

👥 Our team

  • A team of 100+ builders, based in Paris.

  • Strong engineering culture.

  • A culture built on ownership, initiative, and impact.

  • You won’t just “execute tasks”: you’ll contribute shaping the future of e-commerce infrastructure.

Job Description

🔥 Why Stockly needs you

As a Products Data profile, you’ll play a pivotal role in Stockly’s growth by building no-code products, automations, and data-driven workflows that directly increase productivity and revenue.

🎯 Your mission

As a Growth Hacking / Products Data Manager, your mission is to design, build, and scale no-code systems and automations that power Stockly’s growth.

This is a high-impact, transversal role:

  • You build and scale internal no-code products with direct business impact

  • You turn data into leverage, improving how Stockly and its partners perform

  • You challenge existing processes and ship faster, smarter alternatives

💪 Your responsibilities

  • Keep building our no-code Catalogue Extension product

  • Design and maintain automations that unlock productivity for Sales, Operations, Partner Success, and Finance

  • Benchmark tools and tactics, run experiments, and ship improvements

  • Monitor, measure, and iterate on no‑code systems

🤝 Who you’ll work with

  • The Products Data team, a impactful team at the core of Stockly’s growth

  • Sales, Operations, Partner Success, and Finance teams, who rely on your tools and automations daily

  • Tech teams, when interfacing with APIs, data flows, and integrations

You won’t work in a silo: this role is deeply cross-functional and central to how Stockly scales.

🌟 Why this role is exciting

  • You have a direct and visible impact on Stockly’s growth and revenues

  • Your work improves how both Stockly and its partners perform

  • You build real internal products used daily across the company

  • You work on complex data and operational flows in a highly technical e-commerce environment

  • You ship fast, experiment often, and see the results of your work quickly

  • Every problem is different: no routine, constant learning, and high leverage

📈 Your growth at Stockly

You can grow by:

  • Owning increasingly strategic no-code products and automations

  • Gaining deep expertise in e-commerce operations, data, and internal tooling

  • Setting reliability and scalability standards that shape how Stockly grows

  • Becoming a key contributor to Stockly’s automation and internal tooling strategy

👉 At Stockly, you own your development. The more impact you create, the more responsibility and growth opportunities you unlock.

Preferred Experience

💪 What will help you succeed

  • Day-0 mentality: you join us to help build an outstanding company together. This is only the beginning of the adventure — you won’t be a simple passenger

  • No-code & AI automations: hands-on experience with no-code tools, ideally n8n (our core stack). Experience with Make or Zapier is a strong plus

  • Data-driven mindset: you’re comfortable using SQL and exploring data to support decision-making

  • API literacy: you can read documentation, handle authentication, work with webhooks, and structure reliable data flows

  • Problem-first approach: you excel at discovery, clear problem framing, and prioritization

  • Background: top business or engineering school, or experience at a leading startup or company

  • Language: fluent in English 🇬🇧

🚨 Please think twice before applying if…

  • You’re not motivated by building and owning solutions end-to-end

  • You prefer maintaining existing systems over shipping and iterating quickly

  • You’re uncomfortable with ambiguity, fast execution, and experimentation

  • You don’t enjoy diving into technical details (data flows, APIs, automations)

  • You’re looking for a mostly remote role (we are office-first, with flexibility after ramp-up)
