*Team* 

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own our lifecycle email programs and day-to-day HubSpot administration.

You'll translate our GTM strategy into working HubSpot programs, owning the automation, segmentation, and scoring logic, and making improvements as the business evolves.

You'll work closely with Brand, Field, Growth, and RevOps teams.

*Missions*

  • Email Orchestration

    • Build and optimize lifecycle programs (nurture, activation, re-engagement) with entry/exit criteria, segmentation, personalization logic, and measurable goals

    • Manage and improve deliverability through preference management, and hygiene routines, treating list health as an ongoing practice

    • Run an experimentation program across lifecycle journeys, defining hypotheses, success criteria, and documenting learnings

    • Manage subscription types, consent logic, and regional compliance requirements across multi-region audiences

    • Track lifecycle and campaign performance through self-serve dashboards, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.

    Hubspot Administration

    • Serve as the primary HubSpot admin: platform configuration, user management, workflow governance, and documentation standards

    • Build and maintain lead scoring and grading models aligned with ICP definitions and validated with Sales and RevOps

    • Manage HubSpot forms embedded across our Webflow site, including progressive profiling and submission-triggered workflows

    • Build self-serve dashboards that provide clear visibility into lifecycle and campaign performance for marketing leadership and GTM stakeholders

    • Stay current on HubSpot's evolving feature set (Journeys, AI capabilities, automation updates) and proactively evaluate adoption

    • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve personalization, testing velocity, and performance analysis

*Skills*

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience across lifecycle email, automation and platform administration, supporting both mid-market and enterprise go-to-market motions

  • Fluent with email marketing best practices (segmentation, deliverability, testing, personalization)

  • Experience building lead scoring and grading models from scratch

  • Familiarity with consent frameworks across regions (GDPR, CAN-SPAM etc.)

  • Analytical mindset comfortable building reports and interpreting performance data

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve marketing workflows, campaign development, and lifecycle optimization.

  • Nice to have :

  • Experience working with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration Experience building lead scoring and grading models from scratch with clear logic and tradeoff awareness

  • Basic HTML/CSS for email template customization.
