The Identity and Access Management team (IAM) builds and maintains the technical infrastructure that connects enterprise identity providers to the LumApps platform. We design provisioning services that synchronize user identities and access rights from Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and custom SCIM implementations, ensuring seamless and secure user provisioning across distributed systems. Our systems operate at scale, processing and reconciling hundreds of thousands to millions of user profiles across global deployments.

Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design.
Develop and maintain scalable, reliable features.
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve best practices.
Deploy, Monitor, debug, and optimize services in production.
Work closely with other engineers, product, design and operations teams to create solutions that meet business requirements, follow engineering best practices and integrate well in our product.
*Skills*
We are looking for a strong Senior Backend Developer, with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy who can own the full production chain: design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, delivery and maintenance.
Proficiency in Python or strong experience with other high-level programming languages.
Solid software engineering foundations: clean code, maintainability, testing, scalability.
Proven experience in designing and building microservices architectures
Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization (Docker) in a production environment.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB).
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and lead technical projects.
Valued Assets
- Understanding of Authentication/Authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).
- Familiarity with observability tools for distributed systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack).
