As a Sales Ops intern, your role will be simple: grow Papernest using simple and effective tools and processes. The Sales Operations position is highly cross-functional, spanning the needs of several teams and countries (France, Spain, Italy, etc.).
Not only will it allow you to improve and develop your technical skills (CRM, user experience, data analysis, programming), but it will also allow you to leverage your leadership and project management abilities.
You'll join the 9-person Sales Operations team, at the heart of Papernest's business and strategic challenges from June for 6 months.
Your responsibilities :
Collaborate with the technical team to develop process automation (Jira, Salesforce Flow, no-code tools like Make...)
Help analyze sales data and implement an action plan to achieve objectives:
Use existing dashboards and improve our data visualization
Take steps to correct discrepancies and achieve goals
Communicate results to the other teams involved
Assist the Sales Ops Lead in managing the supplier's portfolio of offers
Configure offers and prices
Coordinate with other teams (training, product, operations) to launch or update offers
Resolve technical and operational incidents daily
Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize and improve processes using the Lean methodology (Value Stream Mapping (VSM), shadowing, etc.)
Your profile :
Curiosity and desire to learn, especially in areas of data analysis and technology
The Sales Operations position will quickly lead you to master all of our technical tools (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github, etc.)
Knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON...) is a plus
Analytical mindset: rationalize problems, find pragmatic solutions, and write action plans
Practical approach: Ability to work in the field and perform daily tasks
Responsibility: autonomy, ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Enthusiasm: positive and communicative attitude, creative approach to problem solving
Teamwork
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is a plus.
