Position
The role of the Data Analysis team is to provide the right data to our clients, our business partners, as well as the other teams inside the company to enable them to take the best decisions. It's a key function that enables the business and efficiency across the company.
The team is currently made of 3 highly-skilled engineers, led by our CTO Oscar, and we are looking for a team leader to take Oscar's role for this team.
Our BI stack includes tools like PostgreSQL, data warehousing solutions, and various analytics platforms. We use SQL for data querying, alongside visualisation tools for dashboard creation (notably Grafana and Google notebooks). For ETL processes, we leverage both cloud-native and open-source solutions. We manage our workflows using Github and Notion for ticket management, following Agile methodologies. You don't need to be an expert, but should have the willingness to learn and adapt!
We are looking for someone analytical, organised, and a strong communicator to lead our Business Intelligence and Data initiatives. Here are some technologies and skills relevant to the role:

We are looking for new passionate and hands-on tech team leaders to help us accelerate!
The projects are very diverse as you will serve the business needs of clients, business partners and all internal teams (business, operations, admin, project teams, software engineers, ...).
Your day-to-day will be to understand business needs, coordinate the work of the team, the tools we use, optimise.
You need a technical background for this role as our product is intrinsically complex.

• Complexity: a lot can happen in an e-commerce transaction, specially when you connect multiple players.
• Performance: Stockly manages hundreds of millions of references. The needed complexity of our data model makes it a challenge to optimise the way the Data team delivers its projects.
• Pragmatism: a business need always has many possible solves. You will need to understand what's really needed and what's "nice-to-have", to offer high-quality solutions that can be shipped in reasonable time.
